The fundamental policy of ASMET is to be a flexible and efficient company fulfilling the expectations of CUSTOMERS, organization protecting the environment in which PERSONNEL, SUPPLIERS and PARTNERS cooperate to maintain reputation as the manufacturing leader of fasteners and junction techniques thanks to implementation of Integrated Quality and Environment Management Systems confirming PN-EN-ISO 9001:2000 and PN-EN-ISO 14001:1998.
We want to achieve the leader position on the market of fasteners by offering the highest quality products and services encouraging customers for the next shopping.

- improve labour organization and competency of the staff,
- are involved in the investment activity advancing the quality of our products, services, production and their system control,
- undertake initiatives for implementation of new technologies with a help of POLISH SCIENCE achievements by collaboration with universities and research centres,
- extend business contacts with abroad partners specializing in fasteners in order to diversify our assortment,
- confirm Quality Management System in accordance with PN-ISO 9002: 1996 as an instrument of client trust development,
- implemented Integrated Quality and Environment Management System in accordance with PN-EN-ISO 9001:2000 and PN-EN-ISO 14001:1998. We started the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System PN-EN-ISO 18001: 1999.
